The Masahiro professional synthetic series has got a canker which allows an easy sharpening of the knives. Thanks to the lower weight of the professional synthetic series an effortless working is guaranteed. Made from stainless MBS-26 steel of a hardness of ca. 59 HRC the blades stay long-lastingly sharp.
